LN Webworks at DrupalCon Singapore 2024

It's the Second DrupalCon for LNWebWorks, filled with incredible memories and the opportunity to forge new connections. This time, the event is hosted at the prestigious ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay Hall. I must say the view from hotel was amazing, showcasing the breathtaking skyline of the tallest buildings!

First Day at DrupalCon Started Off On A Great Note

Team woke up early and arrived at the venue by 8:30 AM. After collecting the passes, we all headed to booth number 16, representing LN WebWorks, to complete the initial setup. Our team of four Shikha Kumar, Pankaj Kumar, Dhruv Rana, and Gurinderpal Singh—was excited to be part of the vibrant Singapore DrupalCon experience.

On the first day, we hosted an engaging art activity where everyone got the chance to unleash their creativity. Participants contributed by filling vibrant colors into a Drupal logo sketch and another featuring the iconic Merlion. This activity was a massive hit, with everyone enjoying the painting experience. You know coloring makes you feel good. Engaging in coloring has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and promote relaxation.

Another exciting activity we organized was a creative drawing contest, where participants were invited to sketch anything imaginative and submit their artwork by the end of DrupalCon. The challenge promised an attractive reward: JBL headphones for the top three entries. We received an overwhelming number of impressive sketches, making it incredibly tough to choose the best. However, after much deliberation, we selected the top three and awarded the talented artists with JBL headphones!

DrupalCon was not just a feast for the mind but also for the taste buds! We were treated to an amazing variety of breakfast and lunch options, showcasing some of Singapore's most popular and beloved dishes.

From flavorful local delicacies to delightful international flavors, every meal was a culinary journey that added a unique touch to the overall experience. It was a great way to savor Singapore's rich food culture while connecting with fellow attendees!

Traveling From India To Singapore

Traveling from India to Singapore to attend DrupalCon was an memorable event for all of us. The experience was truly worth every single penny. From engaging sessions and networking opportunities to exploring a vibrant city like Singapore, every moment was filled with excitement and learning. It was not just a professional milestone but also a memorable adventure! A big thank you to Dries Buytaert for creating Drupal!
