Annual Leaves
As a part of the LN employee benefits package, all LNians are granted 12 days of leaves (yearly) after they are hired. This includes vacations, sick days, paid time off, and unexpected situations that may require them to take time off.
Maternity Leaves
We offer our female employees 26 weeks of paid maternity leave in accordance with the Maternity Benefit Act, India. As part of the maternity benefits we ensure that new mothers can devote their time in building a wonderful home without worrying about their work. We also provide maternity goodies to our new moms and babies as part of the maternity benefit program.
Paternity leaves
To help new fathers make a seamless transition into a new phase of life, we offer five days of paid paternity leave so that they can spend quality time with their family and themselves to segue into what is sure to be a beautiful phase of life.
Marriage leaves
During their employment with LN, our employees are permitted to take leaves in lieu of their marriage and to enjoy their new chapter of life along with the best wishes of the LN family
Bereavement Leaves
We offer 5 days of paid leaves in case of the loss of an immediate family member. It is our policy to extend support during these difficult times in the case of the death of a close family member. We understand that these are tough times and we try our best to extend our support as much as possible.
In addition, we also offer our employees Extra Benefits on a variety of special occasions and during times of need and support.
- Employee’s Birthday - Paid half day on employee’s birthday.
- Marriage Anniversary - Paid half day on employee’s marriage anniversary
- Menstrual Benefit - Female employees are offered 1 day work from home during their menstrual cycle.
