We wanted to upgrade our site and our cart feature. We needed a team to help us troubleshoot problems and work out bugs.
The Approach

They work with us in Drupal 6, Drupal 8, and Ubercart. They also provide basic development on our server and are assisting with a project in Pantheon. We give them all of our requirements upfront and reach out to them with new details when we want to make changes.
What is the team composition?
I interact with one developer who acts as the project manager. There are at least two other developers working on our sites.
How did you come to work with LN Webworks?
I wasn’t a part of the selection process but I know we found them through Upwork.

How did LN Webworks perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed well and they’re easy to reach. We’re in different time zones, but I know that they’ll address any issues we have by the next morning. We chat via Skype and track projects on Trello.

They’re very responsive and communicative.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They made a few mistakes that surprised us but they’ve taken care of any problems.
